A quick fix for a breakfast or for snacking in between meals. Only 3g net carbs, yet very filling and full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • Ricotta cheese, 2% fat, 200g
  • Vanilla flavoring, 1 sachet
  • Créme fraîche, 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Mix the ricotta with the créme fraîche and the vanilla sachet. You can make your own vanilla flavoring by scraping the pulp off a vanilla pod and mixing it with a few drops of liquid sweetener.
