A tasty coffee and coconut cup that is full of fibers and only 2g net carbs – double the portions if you like!
- Flaxseed, ground, 30g (2 heaped tbsp)
- Coconut flakes, unsweetened, 30g (2 heaped tbsp)
- Coconut oil, 1 tbsp
- Black coffee, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
- Liquid sweetener to taste
Mix well the flaxseed and the coconut flakes.
Add the coconut oil, then pour the hot coffee over it and mix. Adjust the thickness to your liking by adding more coffee or still water.
Add the sweetener, 3-4 drops would usually suffice to counteract the bitterness of the coffee.
